Barky is a lovely lad with a dopey face but a clever brain! Barky struggles with unpredictable lunging and barking around his triggers which are dogs, people, cyclists, joggers, and ponies.
In our first session, we looked at setting up foundational behaviours to build up Barky's ability to learn and listen to his owner before we add in extra distractions. In particular, we looked at recall, reflex to name, and keeping attention.
Barky responded really well and can't wait to see his progress with the help of his committed owner.
