Coda and Chico with Barrier Frustration

Recently we went to see Coda and Chico.

Previously these 2 beauts were with another trainer for 7 sessions who had said they were dangerous and the only way to resolve this was to yank a slip lead so hard that their head hit the handler's knee.

We got started and it very quickly became clear that it was barrier frustration, rather than fear or aggression.

We got started, quickly made progress, and started getting them on the right track.

These are such lovely dogs and I can’t wait to have them on nice calm walks instead of hiding behind cars from dogs!

Well done Charlotte, Chico and Coda! See you soon
