Great news for Larry!

We've been working with Larry, the Belgian Malinois, German Shepherd, pointer cross who was reacting intensely to other dogs and people from a large distance and taking a while to calm down after a reaction.

After a few weeks of training, Larry is doing extremely well!

It took some time to get the system and strategy right for him, but we eventually discovered that allowing him to look towards other dogs from a distance and then calling him back for food was the key (in very simple terms).

Now, Larry automatically looks back for his food when he sees other dogs and his distance is decreasing dramatically

Even when he does react, it’s one bark then he looks back for food and calms down instantly.
