Something a bit different

We recently went to see Jack who we have been working with for reactivity - which he is doing great with!

This time was a bit different, he has several health issues and now needs to take an inhaler.

7 deep breaths while someone sprays it into a bottle. Not an easy task for a dog!

We started by shaping him into a cone, this way if we mess it up it won’t ruin the bottle and we can try again.

We also teach the deep breaths separately then put the 2 behaviors together.

Jack will pick this up in no time
