Ted the Goldendoodle

We have been working with Ted for a few months now and he’s doing great!

Being a Goldendoodle, he’s very big and he’s very bouncy.

He struggled with coping when frustrated and usually turns to inappropriate behaviors like barking and jumping up. He’s pretty much sorted with this, so next, we turned to his outdoor behaviors.

We have done a lot of work on his loose leash walking and now he has a pretty perfect loose leash walk.

This week we looked at tightening up his recall while there is a distraction, which seems to be his most difficult issue to get past.

We are mixing recall training with counter conditioning to other dogs and people, as he loves good play!

All in all, Ted is doing great and has come a long way!
