Today we went back to see Ollie the #lhasaapso

Ollie is extremely reactive towards upturned hands, we believe this is due to either a hand grabbing the chin when being groomed or development from resource guarding.

This is quite an unusual and difficult case where 24/7 management is essential or someone will get bitten.

Ollie has come a long way since we first met a couple of months ago and there have been no further incidents since my last visit before Christmas, which is a huge step in the right direction.

Today we looked at rebuilding relationships between Ollie and his guardians while teaching Ollie alternative ways to communicate when he is not happy with something, instead of snarling and biting.

The game we are playing in the video is #thebucketgame by @chiragpatel.co and is great for giving dogs the ability to communicate in a way that is easy to understand.
