We've been back to Gosforth to see Ozzy The Springer Spaniel again.

Ozzy has a really weird behaviour when it comes to leaves, which makes recall and loose leash walking a nightmare, he gets obsessively fixated on them. For this session we were teaching him “leave it” and automatic eye contact so he sees something move quickly he automatically looks back at his owner for permission to chase it. So when he sees the leaf when he's out, he will automatically look back at his owners rather than getting frantic about the leaf.

Ozzy did really well with this. He took a little bit of time for working out exactly what we wanted, but he did a spot on when he understood, so he's going to do really well.

For him, we’ve already mastered loose leash walking and recall as well so it's just this that we've really got to do now and then he's sorted.

Ozzy is just Lush. He's a really lovely dog.
